Very quick and easy service. Was able to identify the problem over the phone and fixed it after receiving the proper parts. As well as offering backup plans incase the problem was unfixable. 5/5 and will return if I have another problem with my computer.

I would choose all five!! I had a bit of a unique situation with my laptop. I purchased a new laptop ( Microsoft surface 3 ) late June early July. Within the first 30 days it someone slipped out of my laptop bad and cracked the bottom right corner open despite the very apparent damage the laptop functioned perfectly with no issues. Late August there started to be a flicker in my screen, still no screen damage everything worked and responded just as it has from the day I purchased it. The flicker however was quite a nuisance. I made phone call after phone call looking for help to no avail. Because of the way the new ones are built I was told it is basically like apple, the only people who can fix it is Microsoft. I was not willing to accept that, I continued calling around and that's when I found Jason with IPCS. He took my laptop and looked to see if he could do anything and he basically informed me of the same information of not being able to do anything. Microsoft initially was not willing to help because of the physical damage, Jason knew my situation and was like " get me your receipts" I got everything together and emailed him all the information he needed to prove how knew it was. Immediately they accepted that he could mail it in to them. Not long after they accepted it they were able to determine it indeed was a factory issue. Jason went above and beyond to work at getting my laptop repaired. Because it was so new and had the manufacture defect I was able to get a new laptop sent out and resume my regular work contacts. I was so convinced I was going to have to pay for a brand new device or an expensive repair, but because of the persistence and hard work of Jason he saved me so much money in the long run. I highly recommend Jason at IPCS and will continue to use him for anything I need in the future.
