This young man is very detailed oriented and does an amazing job! We were impressed with his manners, his professionalism, and he offered a guarantee of his work for 5 years to lifetime. He kept the area around the job site clean, did an incredible job on the project, was fair priced, and very polite and professional. The owner, Micah, stopped by my house one afternoon in mid-June. Normally, I don’t spend much time chatting with salespeople, but he was such a polite young man that I decided to listen. I had a few cracks in my garage floor that he said he could repair, and before I knew it, he’d talked me into one of those pretty flake epoxycoatings too. My son had left some oil stains out there over the years, and since my late husband was a firefighter, Micah even offered a first responder discount — which I thought was so kind.
We scheduled the job for a weekend when I was going to be out of town, and Micah kept me updated with photos throughout the process. He finished everything in just two days, and when I came home, I was thrilled. The floor looks absolutely beautiful! I really appreciated his professionalism, communication, and attention to detail. It’s so nice to see a young person take that much pride in their work these days.

Set up a phone call or in person meeting to better understand the customers wants and needs. Give them a hard copy quote with full transparency on what they are spending their money on (product vs labor). Depending on the best route for satisfaction, schedule a time for install and give them their brand new luxury floor.
