We offer first responder discounts, military, and veteran discounts.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Set up a phone call or in person meeting to better understand the customers wants and needs. Give them a hard copy quote with full transparency on what they are spending their money on (product vs labor). Depending on the best route for satisfaction, schedule a time for install and give them their brand new luxury floor.
