- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?My pricing system is simple, the more money and time you invest, the more results you will see, so in turn the more of a discount I will give you!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Whether you are an advanced athlete who has trained for years to improve your skills, or you have never stepped foot into a fitness facility, we like to tailor each introduction to the new client dependent upon their goals, with a major emphasis on nutrition. We spend our initial consultation discussing all of the external factors that play into your performance, no matter what your experience level.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I am continually increasing my knowledge in the field of exercise science and personal training because I thoroughly enjoy learning. I am seeking my degree and masters currently and I also am spending every spare moment increasing my knowledge base from a variety of valid sources outside of school.
