For clarity: My rate is $85 for the first hour and $65/hour thereafter. These rates are firm and non-negotiable. If any repair requires more than a day to complete, the first-hour rate ($85) applies to any return visit. For appliance repair, the $85 service call covers only the first hour. If a part needs to be ordered and a return visit is required, additional labor fees will apply. My focus is on quality, precision, and results, never cutting corners.
