Excellent service, timing, and value. One of the many things I appreciated about his work was that he was willing to look at what was actually needed, once he was on the roof, and then base the scope of work off of that. He was also able to advise on when, where, and why gutter guards are needed or not needed which was very helpful! If you need gutter guards installed he does that too and if it’s better for you to not have them (because they have to be taken off to do future cleanings) he will let you know. Highly recommend.

We were extremely happy with our experience with Palacios Service cleaning our windows. He actually showed up for the job early and then did a great job on some very dirty widows! He's hard working, positive, & responsive. We will definitely hire him again!

THE UPSTAIRS WINDOWS HADN'T BEEN CLEANED (out side) for a very long time. NOW THEY'RE CLEAN!! THANK YOU FOR THE EXTRA WORK, JOB WELL DONE!!
