- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I can charge hourly or if you prefer a bid let me know.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I'll come out and look at the scope of work that you want completed. I'll take notes and give you a bid based on the the price of materials and the time it will take to complete the task.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked in construction for 20 years doing remodels in residential, doing everything from kitchens to bathrooms and foundations. You name it I've probably done it. I worked as a Carpenter in the Carpenters Union in idaho and in Oregon building large buildings downtown Boise to remodeling numerous hospitals in Idaho and Oregon, surgical units, birthing centers etc. I went to Clackamas Community College for Energy System Design Technology and Systems Maintenance, alternative fuels. I was Leed trained and hold many certifications for building also in Renewable Energy, basic electricity Residential and Commercial. Ive worked for and was trained by a General Contractor where I learned from him and fine tuned my skills.
