Ryan was punctual, very accommodating, kept me updated, and even offered to change a very high lightbulb. He did a great job and I’ve asked him to return to do another couple of repairs/installs for me. Very glad I had him go the work!

Hanging ceiling fan - Studs in ceiling were 24 in, he said 28 so couldn't install ceiling fan bracket, so he left wires out and said call electrician, but I was able to put 24 in bracket in myself and complete job. He put tv on wall, but way too low even after i showed him where, so had him move, so basically got charged twice. Had door that wouldn't stay shut, he finally got it to shut but now wiggles, I moved catch plate 1/4 inch and now solid. And asked him to lower gate latch and use pully on new one, he used all new and it didn't work, so put old one on w pully and worked fine. I felt if he would have paid attention in our walk through it would have been done correctly the first time. Maybe I just had too many items on my list?
