- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. As a new customer, typically you'll have gotten a free quote from us first, by calling or emailing us. We'll also sort out any questions you may have. 2. You'll let us know you approve of your estimated cost and that you're ready to work with us! We'll set a date and time for your appointment. All the details will be ironed out so we both are on the same page. 3. On the day of your appointment, we'll send you a text message or an email letting you know when Wes is on his way to your house. 4. Wes will arrive on time and greet you. He'll complete your project and make sure he leaves his work area clean when finished. 5. Wes will take your payment as previously agreed. Cash, check, debit/credit cards are all accepted. 6. We'll send you a receipt for your payment and then bravely ask for a review of our services on the platform you found us on, Thumbtack, Google Business, Facebook, Nextdoor, Yelp, etc. 7. Hopefully, we'll see you again for another project in the future!
