We had a very positive experience with Andy C. who was able to make suggestions to improve our window opening problem. He didn’t try to sell us new windows though he did give us information on our style of windows and their lifespan.

Out of three possible companies pinnacle was by far the most responsive, professional, and flexible. Andy came out and after explaining to him my situation and my payment plan worked something out without putting me in a bind and made every effort to keep cost down. The window was available quickly and installed it in under 10 minutes. I only needed one window at this time but hands down if I need more in the future, I will most definitely go through pinnacle.
