Had flooring repaired to cover a hole where a vent had been in the past. Pratt, Carlos and Nestor are all very friendly and professional. My floor looks great and everything matches up very well. Would definitely work with them again or recommend them in the future!

Overall happy with the results. There are some areas of roughness on the floor but maybe that’s normal and something that can’t be avoided as it also happened last time we had the floors refinished.
