Timeless Photo has been in business since 1982. We have serviced the photo needs of Boise and the surrounding area for nearly 40 years. Our passion is making great photographs, and our studio and location photography services are second to none. We specialize in Business Headshots and have produced hundreds of images for real estate companies, banks, legal offices, engineering firms and the Idaho Legislature.

At first, this was a great shop! I had some coloring books done and they turned out absolutely beautiful. Jason helped me get my first 15 for since I am a struggling artist and it was a favor for a mutual friend. Then things went down hill after I took my profits and gave him money for my books. The covers got shoddy, Flimsy, parts of the images were cut off and the shading got dimmer. Oh. But that isn't even the best part! They lost my work. TWICE! I was moving out of state so I asked him to email me MY property and he ghosted me. I had to call the shop several times. They just now told me after months of calling, that the memory got wiped from their machines after a move! That's not MY problem. I want MY property back! That took me 3 years to make and now I have to spend MORE time scanning and reediting the work THEY screwed up! Do not trust these people with your personal life's work. They will ruin it. Then steal it.

Tiffany I am really sorry you are feeling this way. We helped you out when you were living on the street and with out work and in a tough place in life. We did all the scanning and printing for free to help get you on your feet. We also gave you all of your original drawings and a USB with all of the digital files back, again at no charge. I am sorry that your husband stole your art and USB and unfortunately we do not have the hard drive space to archive everyone's projects indefinitely. I truly wise the best for you and your family and hope your situation improves.
