All of our inspectors are certified and we have insurance to protect our clients. We provide plenty of time to inspect the property and allow every client to do a walk-through. This gives my clients a better understanding about the property and all it's inner workings. Clients are encouraged to ask questions and invite friends and family. After the inspection, we combine all of that information with plenty of photos into an easy-to- read, electronic report. The report is done that same day or within 24 hours of the walk-through. We are always available to answer questions or look over your report. We also provide additional services such as: Mold, Radon, Lead-based paint, Water, Asbestos testing, etc. Helping people better understand everything involved with buying and maintaining a home over time. Most things can be repaired. We enjoy saving people money and protecting them from hazardous situations.
