I hired Destination for a move-out cleaning. We had lived in the house for 17 years and some areas hadn't seen daylight since the furniture was originally placed. I didn't want to take days off work or spend several weekends cleaning after we got everything moved out, so having a crew come in and handle it in a few hours sounded perfect. Danielle did a walk-through with me before the clean, listened to my concerns, explained how she would handle them, gave me a very reasonable bid, and then we agreed to a date for the cleaning. The crew arrived a little early and got right to work. One of my concerns had been the walls. I had a bad experience while cleaning them when I hadn't been in the home long; the texture came off when I rubbed the wall. I assumed that the walls were only primed, never painted (it was new construction). Danielle said they would test an inconspicuous spot to see if the walls could be wiped down. I was so surprised, thrilled, and a little embarrassed when she showed me that they could get the walls cleaned right up. They went through the house and left it looking almost like new. During my final walk-through with Danielle, I pointed out a few things that had been missed and she immediately handled them or had one of the crew do it. I feel that I definitely got my money's worth and then some.

Danielle and her team did an excellent job. I wanted to surprise my wife with a super clean house for when we returned from visiting family out of town, and DHC did not disappoint. With many cleaners, the place looks good at first but then looks worse the more you walk around and realize that corners were cut. My experience with DHC was that the place looked great at first and then looked even better the more I walked around inspecting the detail work. Thanks, DHC!

Danielle and Angie did a great job. They arrived before our agreed-upon time and had their gear unloaded and were ready to work. They were efficient and thorough, and they finished within the estimated time. Angie took some before pictures so she could show me how the tenant left the apartment and, of course, I saw the result of their work, which was a 100% improvement. These ladies were terrific and I am going to contact them in the next week or two to give me an estimate to clean my house.

This company knows how to clean! I can't tell you how many cleaning companies I've used that just wipe things down and don't really clean. I had a thorough move out clean done and I'm confident I'll get my deposit back!

My pricing is on a flat fee, based on the size of home and what services you would like performed. I do most of my pricing through bidding. My rates are very much lower than most of my competitors.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Make a professional contact with the client, schedule a time to arrive, and clean, or provide a walk through with my client to understand and exceed what my clients expectations are of the service to be performed.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As the owner I have a business degree, and was a property and a apartment manager for 10+ years, as well as a manager of a motel, with experience cleaning offices and residences.
