I specialize in pre-construction design for any room — Most remodeling issues can be avoided through careful and professional design planning prior to hiring a GC or tearing into the structure of the home. I am committed to helping homeowners make smart, confident decisions before demo begins. I do this through home visits to consult on your desires, create layouts for feasibility, offer recommended assessments, (ie hvac, plumbing electric) and do detailed drawings and realistic renderings so you can see and "feel" the proposed changes. These are all part of my design phases one and two. Phase one- Layout and Floorplans- includes floorplans to the 1/4", professional 3D concept renderings of your proposed space, images of the space from various perspectives. recommended assessments and explorations (may overlap to phase two). Phase two- Materials and Finishes for bathrooms and kitchens. Tiles, paint colors, plumbing fixtures, trims, built-in furnishings, hardware, cabinets with full details and more. This can also include detailed drawings of elevation and tile layouts for trades people to access and utilize throughout the renovations. 2. Kitchen design will be a major focus of my work in Boise as I become acquainted with the area, it's energy, people and values. I offer access to high-quality semi-custom cabinetry through a trusted Utah-based manufacturer as well as a southern based company for more streamlined european style cabinets.
