FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We handle accident and personal injury claims on a contingency basis which means we only get paid if we recover money for you, the client. Our contingency fee is 1/3rd of the amount collected, which is standard for attorneys. In many cases, we more than pay for our fee with the extra settlement awards we obtain for clients.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We work with clients in the way that works best for them. By that I mean, we can spend time together at the office to get started or I can come out to your place for a visit. Sometimes people are unable to travel so we try to make it as convenient as possible. Sometimes, clients move to other areas so we handle cases using modern technology. We are here to serve the best interest of our clients so we do whatever we need to do to make it work for them.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been handling accident and injury cases for more than 30 years. I have also done work for an insurance company so I understand what buttons to push and what it takes to get a good settlement. I obtain at least 30 hours of continuing legal education every three years. Much of it is in the area of injury and accident claims.
