Introduction: The path of yoga led me to the center of my heart. My goal is to help others realize their true hearts' desires and their own foundations in loving kindness. Yoga is my mode of experiencing gratitude, working through trauma and the way I offer myself kindness through strengthening my body and calming my mind. I strive to show others the benefits of loving yourself completely and embracing all the parts of yourself, light and shadow. I do this through offering personal Yoga instruction tailored to each individual's wants and needs.
