FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
40$ for my first visit (for training contracts) Which includes listening and working out one behavior. Then 25$ for each lesson there after. I usually give you a plan of action and come out a week or 2 later to help put finishing touches on. But i can come more often or less often, I customize to you and what you need or want. (Another option is for me to come out 2 to 4 times a week and train for you.) So the average cost is about 90 to 190$. Depending of course on how many changed behaviors you have on your list and the situation you have. For instance, aggression - barking etc. can take extra visits. I do board and trains for 600$ a month. I'm usually done in 2 to 3 weeks, but there are occasions I need 6 weeks, in that case the price stays the same. For dog walking; 8$ potty break 10 -15 minutes 12$ walk n potty 15 to 30 minutes 18$ walk potty plus play 50minutes I can add in; watering plants - medications - mail checks or whatever you need. 2$ each. For Overnite sitting 45-65$ depending on how many dogs and what needs to be done.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet the family dynamic. Watch and see how your dog or dogs interact in your home and with new people, and listen to your concerns. Find one behavior that needs work and i work on that behavior right there at your place the first day. This way the client can see how i work and interact with yourself and your pet. If we both want to work together, that's when we put a plan of action together and price, making it work for both of us!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Mostly years of experience. I have a portfolio to show anyone interested. And from there the dogs I trained needed to pass certain tests and or certifications. They passed and that proves I train what needs to be done successfully.
