- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing can go up and down depending on how quick a job goes. Not every job is the same.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Find out their preferred method of communication(phone call, text, Thumbtack chat, etc). Figure out customers availability, I only come out to homes. I generally carry some product with me if it's needed to resolve an issue, or I can make sure to bring something with me if I know ahead of time.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Over 10 years working with technology and in customer service.
