Tanielle and crew showed up to deep clean my Mom and Stepdad's home last week. With additional things added to the list, 6 hours later, their house was clean and smelling fine. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Customer service and quality of work are everything to us. We're typically never the cheapest, and that's because of our state-of-the-art equipment, top-of-the-line products, and our commitment to paying skilled, knowledgeable technicians what they're worth. Don't get fooled by the cheapest price you find ... all home cleaning is not the same.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A conversation is typically the best. This is due to the fact that we offer so many amazing services. Customers are blown away that they can typically have their entire house professionally cleaned by one company, and a conversation with our amazing customer support team tends to work out the best. However, you can text or email us as well.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our technicians are certified and have gone through extensive training. No technician is allowed out on their own without completing our company's extensive 90-day training process. Ask them any question and just watch how knowledgeable they are.
