Our pricing is simple and transparent with no hidden fees. We offer discounted initial services and bundle pricing for our year-round plan. Your plan includes free re-services between visits, so you’re not charged if pests come back. Pricing may vary based on home size and pest activity.

We begin by gaining a clear understanding of the pests you’re experiencing and your expectations for service. From there, we walk you through our proven process and how it will best protect your home. If needed, we perform a thorough inspection, complete an initial treatment, and set you up on our automated system for easy scheduling, billing, and ongoing communication.
