Introduction: Kristin here! I know this sounds crazy, but I loooove making things pretty again! I pay attention to detail, and take pride in what I do. Leaving your home as fresh as when you moved in! The bigger the mess, the happier I am. I have worked as a detail cleaner for 5 years now, 2 years have been for my very own business. I may cost more than these other folk, but just think, “You really do get what you pay for”. And I’m worth every penny! I have many ways to save on cleanings. Every 10th visit is half off. For recurring clientele I have quarterly drawings for free cleanings. I have a nomination based contest twice a year where people nominate someone they know that needs help with a fresh start. A single mom or dad working and going to school. Someone that spends so much time helping others, they don’t have time for their own home. (thumbtacks estimates do not include the first time cleaning fee, deep/spring cleaning fee, and are 100% always wrong while giving you an estimate. Only trust the estimate I give to you)

Kristin has been cleaning for me weekly for over 10 years. When company comes over they marvel at how wornderful my home always looks. It’s as if I live in a new home, with new everything, only the house is over 30 years old, and my appliances are a good 10+ years of age. She is wonderful with my dog on days I’m not presently home. I know this because Max simply ADORES her. To not invite Kristin to your home is a mistake, cause things done out of love for them always turn out much better than things done because it’s “just a job”.

She cleans my home biweekly. I didn’t think having someone come in biweekly would make a difference but Kristin was right. Having someone come in more frequent, with the repeat customer discount has made my home beautiful! She focuses on the small details you and I would overlook. She tells me, “If I touch it, I clean it!”. And she means it! Even my shampoo bottles look new by the end!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I price first time cleans as a set rated price. First time cleans can Be 2-3 visits of no more than 4 hours each visit. This is because my deep cleans involve a lot of time. They consist of Ceiling vents and fans, walls baseboards, EVERYTHING on a table, counter, floor, Every surface that I don’t have to open a door or cabinet to get to, ALL appliances except the inside of them is an add on, All furniture top to bottom, window sills, light fixtures/switches/plugs. I always bring help on first time cleans. If you are set at paying hourly for this, it’s $30 an hour per person. I charge by the hour for maintenance cleaning. It’s just me doing that and at most takes 2 hours.
