- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I usually start with an in person consultation so that we can develop your session and I can understand all your needs/wants. We choose a date and location for both your shoot and your viewing/ordering session. Next is to have a super awesome shoot. And then your images with be ready to view between 1-2 weeks later. Once you've decided on all the product you'd like to purchase I will place your order, which typically arrives 2-3 weeks later. I will hand deliver your product.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with a couple different organizations, YMCA, Boise Hemophilia Chapter. I have photographed several families, children, a couple family reunions, newborns, and high school seniors.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Make sure you connect with your photographer and they understand your expectations, this way you walk away with exactly the images you were hoping for, plus you'll be so much more comfortable on the day of your shoot, and the poses will come a lot more naturally. Find someone who takes pride in their work and business and who's images you love.
