- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing depends on my client's needs and the size of their company.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First I will ask a potential client to fill out a questionnaire to see if we could be a good fit, and then I would schedule a call to find out more in depth what their needs are. Then if we both feel like we want to enter into a business relationship then we begin the on-boarding process so I can begin helping the client.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have work experience doing bookkeeping as well as being a certified Quickbooks Online Proadvisor.
