We recently updated our primary bathroom and had a fantastic experience working with Lake City. They were organized, reliable, and kept everything on schedule. Communication was a strong point—they were always prompt, transparent about any changes, and kept me updated on the budget throughout the project. Their professionalism made the process smooth and stress-free. I’m thrilled with the final result and would gladly recommend them to anyone planning a home upgrade.

I appreciate how professional and respectful they were of their work and towards me. I don’t have a lot of experience with construction or repairs, but they were willing to teach me and show me things that way I don’t have to keep hiring contractors. Thank you Lakecity Construction.

FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer referral discounts, meaning if we do business with one client and they refer us to someone else, that person gets a discount on their project.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to introduce ourselves, talk about how we started our work, how they found us. And we like to share our prices with them so they’re familiar with what we charge.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are licensed and insured and bonded. We also hold a commercial flooring license if that ever comes up to our customers.
