What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The pricing for projects is subject to change. I highly recommend doing a walkthrough before hiring for any job so that both myself and the potential client are on the same page when it comes to pricing, payment, extra fees etc.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I recommend an initial walkthrough and meet & greet. This enables us to have a better idea of the type of project or job to be completed, and allows everyone to come to an agreement on contracts and payment type.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started my residential cleaning business in order to be able to be available for my children. I need to be able and available to drop them off and pick them up from school during the week, and being a residential home cleaner has opened up my schedule and allowed me to to be there for my kids.
