FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Each project is different, but it's not uncommon for our videos to require 80+ man hours to produce. Some require more specialized equipment, and others require more time. Though we offer many services at various price levels, our average client spend is approximately $3000.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to take the time to get to know our clients. We'll ask you several questions about your product, service, or idea. We'll ask how you plan to use the video and who you expect to watch the video. We'll ask about your end goals for the video - do you want to increase sales, broaden exposure, etc.?
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As the owner, I personally don't have any formal training in video production. I started producing videos for businesses years ago in my free time. Recently I took this business full time, and I've come to believe that results are more important than formal education. Our videos have been used to help increase conversion rates, sales, and exposure. That said, as we've expanded, we've added talented (and formally trained) producers, and I've enjoyed learning from them!
