I never felt like they would try to push their way into my home if I had said no right away.Preston came and talked us through all the details involved with the process. He also talked about pricing with us, and what would work best with what we are willing to spend. No pushy upselling (in fact, since he knew our budget, he didn't even bother mentioning replacements that were outside the budget).The windows themselves are wonderful! I love the ease of opening and closing them. I especially love being able to open our window from either side. I haven't had a need to clean them yet, but I know it will be so much easier since both panes are removable. We only replaced three windows in the house, but are saving up to do the rest. They really are great windows that look beautiful, and the installation was clean, fast, and tidy.Great, honest company that I highly recommend if you need better windows for your house."See more
