- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A-1 is local, you'll be in contact with our office in town. We’ll schedule a convenient time to visit your home or business. Our experienced technicians will assess your current system or electrical project, listen to your concerns, and discuss your goals. We’ll never pressure you—our goal is to inform and guide. Based on your need to repair or replace, we'll recommend the best possible solution for your desired outcome.
