- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I find it impossible to have a standard price because each and every job is unique.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always meet with new or old customers to go over the project , talk about it and get a feel what they are looking for. This is the time I also go over issues I see in the project so we can work out solutions now to avoid surprises later.
