Showed up 15 minutes early. Got the job done and actually did more than hired for. Did an outstanding job and still did it for the agreed price (I made him take more money because the work was that good). Would hire again in a heartbeat.

Super quick, consistent communication leading up to the job. They did a solid job on our fence and worked quickly. Feel like we got a good deal, too. Will hire again

Tom finished the work today. . He fixed one door rather than replacing it which is saving me $1000's and is finishing other projects he didn't sign up for. Multi talented man. Very helpful. Pleasant to work with and did a great job. I will hire him again when needed.

Tom and I walked the house a number of times and he gave me a job bid for a list of 34 items. It was imperative to us that the job be done by April 22. It is now May 15 and he came this morning to finally finish this job. I had written a handwritten list of items that needed to be completed and we attached it to the contract. This handwritten list did not spell out in detail how each item should be done..it would simply say "fix stucco on garage" or "repair crack in cement", but during out walk throughs he and I discussed exactly how it should be completed and what our expectations were. Tom replaced the stucco, but then didn't paint it or texture it to match anything. He then would say I didn't spell that out on our "check list". He ended up not doing 5 things on that list and he said because he replaced a couple of extra doors..it was an even swap. Wrong. The total amount for all the things he ended up not doing was at least $550 dollars worth of repairs I need to pay someone else to do now. He gave me a $200 credit because he came in almost a month late w the repairs, but he was extremely unprofessional and lax about how the things he repaired looked in the end. He simply didn't care. He just wanted his money and he wanted to do as little work as possible. He was VERY unprofessional and I had been nothing but patient through out this experience. I do not recommend guy. I think he may be ok for small jobs, but he's not for any w a real project.
