Introduction: I specialize in weight loss or strength/ athletic performance.
All my clients get results above and beyond their goals if they follow a few guidelines. First, you have to show up, life happens but if your serious about changing your life, the first step is showing up to the gym, and I WILL hold you accountable. Second, you have to listen. I will do all the ground work from designing your personal training program to nutrition plans, but you have to listen and follow everything together because one piece left out is the difference between 5lbs lost and 50lbs lost. Last, you have to give full effort and earn your newfound body, confidence, and health. When those 3 things are followed you can do more than you ever imagined.
The same applies to my athletes and powerlifters, I do not train physique sports I know nothing about it.
I have trained 20+ high school athletes who continued to play in college.. Many of them at a high level. I also train powerlifters all over the country.
