Plumbing Solutions is my go to for plumbing issues. Greg just came out to my old house and was able to repair an old leaky tub faucet instead of just replacing it. Saved me $$$. I love these guys! I am in the construction business and its very rare to find work ethic like this company has. Integrity is the word that comes to mind. Thanks again Greg.

I contacted plumbing solutions to come out and resolve a drain issue on a Friday they didnt show till Saturday, the Tech then charged me for a fee for coming on the weekend then administration contacted me back apologized for the error removed all charges and comp the service, this company is very respectable, and committed to customer service !

Jerry Phillips was my contact with Plumbing Solutions, a true professional. He made an appointment to come by and evaluate the situation, he arrived at the time he said he would, he evaluated the issue, he recommended how to make the repairs, we discussed materials he would use and how he would make the repair. As agreed Jerry arrived to make the repairs at the time he said he would with the fittings and valves needed to replace a failed main water line with a tee to the main sprinkler system on/off valve plus a new drain valve fabricated and ready for installation. Jerry offered a plan to minimize/eliminate contaminants in the repaired main water line which worked perfectly. After all repairs were complete Jerry worked with me to be sure the water lines to the house and sprinklers were free of contaminants and working properly. Jerry made the experience very comfortable with his professionalism. I would call Plumbing Solutions for any future needs based on my experience.

Greg came out and moved a gas line behind our kitchen oven that was preventing us from moving it back against the wall. He did exactly what we had asked and was able to complete the work the same day. Thanks Greg! We are having our counters replaced and getting a new kitchen sink as well and will definitely use Plumbing Solutions again when we replace the kitchen sink.

Rick was on it! He came to our home and gave us a very fair estimate for replacing the old polybutylene in house plumbing with today's PEX Piping. If you have an older home do yourself a favor and Goggle polybutylene. Being a full time Real Estate Agent I have heard the horror stories from past clients, contractors, and home inspectors. It is not a matter of if but a matter of when, when the pipes blow. Although this was not a cheap and quick fix, it was a matter that I felt needed attention verses serious water in our walls, and or crawl space down the road if I did nothing. Rick had his team here, including himself, and got it all taken care of. They even contracted out a crew that patched up some sheetrock, then tape, texture, and paint to match. All of them were very kind, professional, and stayed in communication with us. I plan on using them again soon to get a new water softener. As a Realtor I will now feel very confident when I refer their business to my clients! I highly recommend Plumbing Solutions of Idaho.
