- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our fee structure is very simple. As we are still building our client base, we are offering a discounted rate for short term and long term management to a limited number of customers. Please reach out to discuss further.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically we have an initial phone conversation to discuss your needs for your property or properties and explain how we can help. If it’s a mutual fit, we can set up an in person meeting at the property. We do a rent analysis and agree on a listing price for vacant properties, if there are current tenants we can take over the management immediately. Our goal is to give you back time and remove stress by providing premium full service management of your property.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Determine what factors are most important to you in the long term. You want to protect your investment, ensuring whoever is managing it is attentive and trustworthy. Placing quality tenants is also important in preserving your property. We have strict criteria in screening tenants, and are quick to resolve any maintenance issues or concerns. Communication is highly important, and we deal directly with you throughout the relationship, ensuring things are handled promptly.
