I originally hired them to replace a wax ring on my toilet. I chose them because of their competitive pricing. But in the process of doing the job, they discovered my toilet tank was cracked. I had an immediate decision to make to have them replace the toilet, which was $795. After they left, I did some research and found that that was at the high end of a toilet replacement cost.

Price was right for the tub to shower conversion, craftsmanship could improve, many imperfections, job was 3 days top, got stretched out to over a week , got a text day before that someone coming to finish it, no one showed up, finally quit and said Ill finish myself, still issues with alignments and levels, shower head is not straight after tighten all the way, missing cover, uneven shower knob etc., will not be recommending, if you are perfectionist, you'll need someone take a pride in their work, this is not quite this company, I might add the drywall team they use is absolute no from me, disrespectful of property, did not cleaned up after property, got my cealing sprayed when only walls should be worked on, left the door wide open when specifically asked them not to cause I have indoor only cats, and one of the got out, loud, whistling, might be appropriate for vacant house but not so much for the home where is already occupied., over all will not hire them again, and definitely hiring another contractor to reevaluate their job.

Great company with outstanding customer service. We had a pressure relief valve start leaking at night. Alex came out and diagnosed the problem. Two previous plumbing companies didnt diagnose the water temperature was set real high and the incoming water pressure is above the optimal range. He replaced the valve, set the temperature to a safe range, and suggested we might need to put in a pressure regulator on the future. I appreciate all he did for us. Thank you Alex!

Matt came out and handled our water heater installation for way less then the other quotes we got around town. he cleaned up after himself and explained everything he was doing which was cool since my buddy and i were watching.really saved us a bunch of money and the work looks solid.
