Excellent, fast, friendly service. A torsion spring broke one night, making it really hard to open the door. I called Sunrise the next morning and BJ came out within the hour. He explained in detail what my options for repair were, and allowed me to choose the option that best suited my needs. In addition to the spring replacement, they corrected some issues with the original installation.
