Hired on Thumbtack

Chris came out on a Saturday to give me a quote and was able to come out that Monday morning to do the work I was asking for. He was punctual, friendly, and very fair priced. Overall, I am very happy with the services I paid for. Thank you very much for everything.

Chris showed up on time for our estimate, was reasonably priced, friendly and has a great referral plan! We hired him for the above reasons and he did not disappoint. Would recommend Chris for lawn mowing as well as sprinkler repair.

Hired on Thumbtack

The scheduled arrival time was 9 a.m. Sat. (10/28), but the Pro did not show up and no one called to reschedule. Also, my wife and I noted that this Pro's Thumbtack profile only lists appointments between 1 a.m. and 5 a.m. on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. Had we known this earlier we would have booked with someone else. Thank you for an opportunity to share our experience.

I messaged this customer and they never responded to confirm for an alternate day and time. I inadvertently had a time available on my Thumbtack schedule that I was not available for (Thumbtack recent changes their policies for instant bookings). Had the customer responded we could have worked this out. Sorry for the poor review, it does not represent how I conduct business and treat people. I would still be happy to do this job for the customer at a confirmed day and time.
