We hired Mark after interviewing several chefs and trying their cooking. Mark is able to combine flavors in a way most average people cannot - his made-from-scratch sauces and flavor combinations are awesome. He cooks primarily paleo and organic for us, and it has been great eating his food!

I have been privileged to partake of several meals that mark prepared and every one was excellent. His take on chicken/mango pizza with an almond flour crust was outstanding, and his salad with beets (which I normally do not like) was excellent. Bon appetit!
