I hired Crystal Peak Cleaning LLC to do a move in (was not happy with the condition of my new apartment) and a move out clean (of my old apartment)
Emily was on time, prepared with supplies and her rates were fair. In fact, I tipped her more because I felt I didn’t pay her enough based on her rates!

Crystal met with me, then we scheduled for the next week. She came in as arranged while I was working night shift. I was so excited, thinking I was going to come home to a clean house on my birthday! Instead, I found things out of place, not put back, little piles of dirt or dog hair. One corner between couch and love seat wasn't even cleaned at all! So I had to come home, disappointed and tired, and clean my own toilet, empty trash in main bathroom, sweep up little piles and put things back. She did clean off my coffee table which was a mess and stacked the things in a basket as asked. I wish it had worked out because she was nice. Maybe one just needs to be there to keep her on task.

Hi Jeanie! As we talked about prior to cleaning, you agreed to pay for a 3 hour clean and it had not been cleaned much at all in the recent times.
The cleaning towels were so dirty after three hours that I refused to bring them home with me to wash with my other clients towels of the day. (I had let you know this would likely be the case during the walk through)
I also was using toilet fresheners that was brought to my attention a few days after I had been to your home that the freshener was flaking off into the toilet bowl, this probably was what you saw as dirty, and if I was notified of it I would have fixed it with in 24 hours.
I do apologize for your experience however your cleaning was over 2 weeks ago and yesterday was the first time I was notified of the issue!
I do honor a satisfaction guarantee, but communication on Both ends is a must In order for me to be able to be to fix any complaints in my services. I will mention I have never had a client complain thus far other then you.
The pictures I took at the time of cleaning do not match the pictures you’ve posted here.
