These guys were fantastic! It's been a few months since I've had my chimney flashing repaired. The cost was HALF of a different company that came out. They explained every detail to me and got it done extremely quick. Looks so much better and most importantly leak free! Will use them for all my next roofing needs if any arise!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is on a case by case basis. There are no two roofs alike and we want to make sure that we are giving you straight forward prices for YOUR roof.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once we have contact information, the Sales Manager or Project Manager will reach out via phone. There will be a conversation about what the home owner is looking for and then an appointment will be set to look at the roof. The Sales Manager will come to the home, walk on the roof, possible check in the attic and around the vents and chimneys and take measurements. Once he has what he needs, he will work the quote and email to the homeowner usually within 24 hours of the home visit. From there, it is up to the customer to let us know what they are thinking and what the next step should be.
