We take care of your investments 100%. We have over 20 years of general construction experience. We have 10 years of legal experience dealing with lease preparation, legal forms and contracts, evictions, background and credit checking and standard business practices. We are personally well-known in the Twin Falls area for the other jobs we perform and business we have operated. We have other property that we currently manage, ranging from $1 million dollar ranch property to executive high-end homes and lower level multiple family structures (duplexes).
