- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing varies upon the complexity of the job. Mold, Odor, Indoor Air Quality, and Disaster Restoration are priced on a per square foot basis, complexity of movement, additional services required, and source control (no source control = no permanent remediation). Unfortunately, there is simply no set price that can be nailed down.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Phone conversation - learn about their particular situation, their symptoms, and damage - Who are we and what we can do for them. Are we aligned and good fit for their particular problem. Inspect - full inspection for the home or business, usually accompanied by and indoor air quality assessment. Third party (Lab) verification of concerns Estimate for the job and lab results are shared with the business or home owner. Question and Answer period OR acceptance of estimate. Schedule the job and EXECUTE with superlative customer service.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are board certified by ACAC and Internachi for mold, moisture, and the indoor air sciences for testing, inspection and remediation.
