If you find yourself in need of mold remediation look no further. Green Home Solutions contacted me immediately. They tested the airquality in my home and determined that mold was still present. The previous company left a strong chemical smell in my house that lingered for weeks which was making me sick. GHS fogged my house with plant based products which was a healthier alternative to the toxic chemicals previously used and they also sanitized my duct system. Jim (the owner) arrived early and also sprayed a sealer to prevent any water penetration. GHS went above and beyond and I couldnt be happier with the results. Thank you for making my house a home again.

Finding mold in your house is an extremely stressful situation, but Jim and the team put us at ease! They took care of everything for us - testing the whole house, finding the sources of the growth, remediation, and cleaning the ducts to make sure our home was safe for our family. Jim walked us through each step and gave us thorough reports and explanations. I hope I never need mold remediation services again, but if I do I'm calling GHS!

I am from the Northwest Suburbs, but have moved downstate. I am unfortunately experiencing what I believe as a major mold problem in my apartment, and my landlord is failing to do anything about it. My mom called and spoke to Jim about my situation and then I called him and was on the phone for about thirty minutes with him. He offered all kinds of advice from how to get an inspector to my place, what I should look for, what I can do to see if the mold has impacted my health or belongings, etc. He took the time out of his day to help both my mom and I and set me on the path of getting justice for my wrongful living conditions. I can only imagine how awesome his actual services are too. Highly recommend and again, am super appreciative of the help.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing varies upon the complexity of the job. Mold, Odor, Indoor Air Quality, and Disaster Restoration are priced on a per square foot basis, complexity of movement, additional services required, and source control (no source control = no permanent remediation). Unfortunately, there is simply no set price that can be nailed down.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Phone conversation - learn about their particular situation, their symptoms, and damage - Who are we and what we can do for them. Are we aligned and good fit for their particular problem.
Inspect - full inspection for the home or business, usually accompanied by and indoor air quality assessment.
Third party (Lab) verification of concerns
Estimate for the job and lab results are shared with the business or home owner.
Question and Answer period OR acceptance of estimate.
Schedule the job and EXECUTE with superlative customer service.
