We had Scene Cleaners come out a couple of weeks ago to clean up our basement and garage due to a mouse problem. Taylor and Spencer (I believe those are the correct names) were awesome to work with from the beginning! They got the job done quickly and efficiently. It felt like it took no time at all and when they were done it gave us such piece of mind to have a clean and sanitized space that we can actually utilize. They were very down to earth and knowledgeable. We would definitely use Scene Cleaners again for any heavy clean-ups in the future. We would highly recommend!!!I also want to add that Nicole, who was the person that we communicated prior to the service and set up the whole process was also wonderful to work with! She was very prompt, if you missed her, you didn't have to wait long to hear back. She answered any questions we had and if she couldn't answer them herself, she found an answer very quickly. Highly recommend this company!!!

Scene Cleaners staff and owner are very, very kind and compassionate people. Whats better is they back up that charm and turn it into doing an amazing job for you. I used them for a hoarding clean out and they were fantastic from the start! 10/10 - highly recommend!

I came home to a shocking mess, as my dog got sick all over my house (looked like the work of ten dogs, not just one). It was a scene too big for me to clean on my own. When I called Scene Cleaners, owner Tom answered the phone and assured me that they were equipped to handle the situation. Within an hour, he was personally at my house to assess and had a crew of three people at my house a few hours after that. After they left, well into late night hours, the house was spotless and my nerves calmed. Not only was Tom a reassuring force in a panicked situation, but his crew was fantastic. With day of notice he and his team resolved an extremely overwhelming situation. To top it all off, I later got a text asking if my dog was feeling better. While I dont wish this sort of episode on anyone, I highly recommend this company should any sort of overwhelming disaster present itself. Thank you Tom, Taylor, Taylor and Don!-Caroline D.   • How did you get started doing this type of work?

    I started my restoration career providing hail damage repair services to the Atlanta area in 2009. I received my insurance adjuster's license in 2011 and hit the road, covering western Michigan, Illinois, Kentucky, Iowa, and Missouri. I was done with the travel in 2013 and went to work for a restoration company in the Chicago area. In 2015 I went out on my own.
