Jordan and his team were excellent. We called them after another plumber got a cable stuck in our sewer line, turning a simple clog into a much bigger problem. Jordan quickly assessed the situation, came up with a practical solution, and was able to remove the stuck cable without the expensive wall demolition work that others were recommending. He is a true problem solver.
He is highly knowledgeable, professional, polite, and fair with his pricing. He clearly explained the issues, walked us through the permit and insurance process, and made sure we understood our options every step of the way.
His team successfully cleared the clog, installed a cleanout, and added a backflow valve to help prevent future issues. The quality of the work was outstanding, and the entire experience was smooth and stress-free.
Jordan has earned our trust and will be our go-to plumber from now on. Highly recommended.
