It's really great working with Dennis. They have plenty of options to choose from, and the job quote was quite reasonable. My entire job was done in 1 day. It looked exactly as presented, worked perfectly, and they took all the waste with them without leaving a mess. I'd use him again for another bathroom 10 out of 10 times.

Working with Bath Consultants was exceptionally easy. Dennis and I had a brief call to talk about what I was looking for and my approximate budget. The first call was enough to establish that it was worth a home visit during which time Dennis looked at the space I wanted to update (remove an old iron tub and replace with a shower). He was able to provide an estimate onsite as well as review photos of past projects and options we'd have for my project. After signing and paying my deposit, I was on the schedule 3 weeks later. I was VERY skeptical of the one-day bath thing but the whole project, including demo and cleanup, took like 7 hours. I still kind of can't believe it. It looks great, functions great, and the team was super professional and easy to work with. I would, and have, recommended Bath Consultants to friends and family.

From start to finish, my husband we’re thoroughly impressed with BCI and especially Dennis. Our new bathroom was installed in less than two days, and it was more than I had ever dreamed! Dennis was very knowledgeable when we first met with him, which we appreciated since we didn't know much about remodeling our smaller bathroom. We met a couple of times to be sure we understood what the remodel would be about and we did learn a lot as we picked out some of our own things for the new bathroom as well. Frank was amazing. He did the entire bathroom by himself in two days and was so pleasant and friendly during the time he was in our home! We would recommend Bath Consultants for anyone thinking about remodeling their bathroom!

Excellent value!! We booked because they were half the price of their competitors for really lovely functional work. The install team arrived half hour early, worked hard all day, and was tremendously friendly and professional. We will be booking with BCI again when we redo our master bath next year.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Bath Consultants staff would have a brief phone conversation that involves the customer's ideas for there project. Then we would travel to their home and conduct an onsite consultation. During this time we would provide solutions, measure the project and provide the customer with a cost effective solution.
