Please stay away. Hired them and waited 3 months to find out that they cannot complete my project. Only took care of a small percentage of the job. Took incorrect measurements on the large window pieces, finally came to install only to find out that the glass was not cut to size and blamed the supplier for the mistake, excuse after excuse, stalled until the very end, emails and phone calls with no avail. Tony the main contact while I finally pressed whether they are even able to complete the project and rectify the situation disappeared from the face of the earth, become unresponsive completely. To top it all off, initially quoted me a different price per units verbally and at the end of the entire fiasco deducted an inflated price from my initial deposit. In addition had to wait 2 weeks to see my measly refund after multiple attempts at the communication. Unreliable, unprofessional and untrustworthy. I absolutely do not recommend using Simply Glass. Their claim of no project is too small and customer satisfaction is completely untrue as they stole my time and money and exhibited utmost level of incompetence and lack of customer relationship skills.

This company has been the best we have ever used. They installed 24 windows in our home and they were informative, professional, responsive, reliable, and best prices in town. We had 4 other companies bid out our job but they were the best company for us. Anthony and his crew were so polite while being efficient and doing excellent work. Highly recommended!
