FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It always depends on the request. The more info I have up front the more accurate the quote will be. I work fast and get a lot done in little time. I like to work with my clients and always consider their budget to offer a fare price on both ends.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to keep things fairly simple. First I receive the request from the client with as much detail as possible. I’ll reply with any questions or a quote. If quote is approved I’ll create the first draft and email the client a pdf for review. I’ll make any necessary changes until my client is happy. Once file is approved I’ll get a print quote if needed, once that’s approved by my client I’ll send the final file to the printer for production or to the client directly based on their request.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I attended the Illinois Art Institute and continue my skill set with classes and seminars to keep up with industry software changes, tips and tricks of the trade. There's always new tools and features to learn in the programs I use.
