Every home starts with an initial visit to the property in order to best decide on what is needed to create a Signature Style for that home, that brings out it's best quality, while not appearing artificially staged.

Marie Kelly Unlimited is Nationall Certified in over 7 different types of Real Estate Markets including Luxury, Vacant, Occupied, Multi-Property, as well as a Certified Residential Project Manager, for larger projects and Rehabs.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Staging is not an expense it is a Marketing Investment. Do not choose a Staging Company based strictly on costs. Do your homework on what type of Home Stager you are hiring. Not everyone who says they are a Stager or claims they can help Stage your home, is actually trained and experienced in the specific science of Staging. Staging is an involved process based on Psychology of Sales, Marketing Trends, Design Trends, and alot more. Just because someone may be good at decorating their own home, does not mean that they are the best fit for professionally showcasing a home for market. Check websites, credentials, days on market and more when hiring a professional.
