Jordan was very easy to work with. We had a small job (glass pane replacement) that he was willing to fit into his schedule. Jordan was always prompt and communicated his timeline well. Jordan was really easy to work with, communicate with, and did an excellent job on our historic home windows. From initially contacting him to getting the windows finished up, it was a little over a week.
People I have worked with before have taken over a month! Also really convenient he accepts Venmo as payment.

Jordan quickly figured out the cost of the replacement glass for my windows (very reasonable!) and was very responsive to my messages inquiring about the status of the order. He explained the process and was very knowledgeable.
He kept me updated on when the windows would be ready and cooperated in getting an installation date that would work for the both of us. Once installed, they looked great. I noticed a few little touchups needed on the vinyl frame, but he quickly remedied the situation. They look brand new now!

Jordan from JML windows was great! He came through for us replacing a window that did not pass my home inspection. He came out, inspected, measured and ordered the new window. The day the window came in he installed it. We greatly appreciated everything he did for us. JML gets an A+ for communication too.
