Adam at SAKK is incredibly responsive, organized, and knowledgeable. We have just gotten started with SAKK as manager for our condo association. Avenue Real Estate Group has been a fantastic management company for a rental I have in St. Louis. I used Cheri to sell my home in O'Fallon and to purchase a new home. She sold our house in under four hours with multiple offers...several people even asked if we had our house professionally staged!!! Cheri was able to negotiate a great deal for us on our new home and was there for us to answer questions about inspections and the closing process. With every issue that was presented, Cheri was able to provide a well thought out solution.
