FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
In order to provide an estimate for our services it is best if we have a brief conference call. Normally 15 - 30 minutes so we can get to know each other and more importantly we can learn enough about your business to provide a fair estimate and make sure we can really help you. For projects where we help you on a monthly basis or for larger projects that are prepaid we do offer discounts. We can also help save you money if you are looking to purchase an accounting software system or upgrade your current software by providing great discounts.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first step in a good relationship is a discovery call so we can understand your business model because we want to work with you for a long time. It helps us to have information so we only provide estimates on the types of services you really need. After our initial call we can provide a written quote to you. If you are willing we also want to teach you how to do as much of the work as you are willing to learn and/or have the the time to take on because we believe the choice is yours.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
JCS has been providing this type of service for 30 years to small businesses. Each person on our staff is trained and required to maintain certifications every year so we can quickly help you get results that you deserve. Our staff members have experience in technical issues, accounting and data migrations if you need to move from an old accounting system to a new system. They also know to ask the right questions so help you get up and going as quickly as possible.
